Summer Internships (SYEP Internship Support): Host students for a 6-week summer placement (typically 30 hours per week).Job-Shadowing Opportunities (Summer): Host students for one-day employer exposure and reflective tasks (typically 4–8 hours per event).Business Insight Lunches (Summer): Host a moderated lunch discussion with senior industry professionals (typically 2–3 hours per event).Freelance/Project Mentorship (Freelancer Exploration Program): Sponsor a project and mentor students on real freelance projects to build portfolios and client-facing skills (project-based: typically 4–6 weeks, 3–5 hours per week).
